Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant educational product or service.
A contract is formed when we accept the order and provide confirmation or access to the purchased service, whichever occurs first.
You are responsible for checking your order information and notifying us promptly of errors.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices will be displayed before purchase and will state applicable taxes where required.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.
Where an instalment plan is offered:

  • Payments must be made on the agreed dates.

  • You remain responsible for payments properly due under the contract.

  • Access may be suspended where a payment remains overdue.

  • Suspension does not itself cancel outstanding contractual payment obligations.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Digital Content and Immediate Access

Some EFA products include digital content supplied immediately after purchase. Where you are a consumer and we propose to begin supplying qualifying digital content during a statutory cancellation period, we will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by law before supply begins.

You are responsible for having suitable internet access, equipment and software.

Access is:

  • Personal to the registered learner.

  • Deadlines and resubmission requirements may apply.

  • Certification depends upon meeting the stated requirements.

Certificates may confirm completion, CPD activity or successful assessment as applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, an EFA certificate does not:

  • Constitute a regulated qualification.

  • Confer statutory professional registration.

  • Authorise practice outside the learner's existing professional scope.

  • Guarantee recognition by an employer, insurer, professional body or regulator.

12. Accreditation and Professional Recognition

Where accreditation, endorsement or professional recognition applies, its status will be stated accurately on the relevant course information.
Accreditation arrangements may be subject to external standards, review and change.
We will not knowingly describe a course as accredited or endorsed before that status has been formally confirmed.

15. Accessibility and Reasonable Adjustments

We aim to make our educational services reasonably accessible.
Requests for reasonable adjustments should be made as early as practicable to hello@everydayfemaleathlete.com.
Requests will be considered individually, taking account of the learner's needs, the requirements of the course or assessment, available technology and what is reasonable in the circumstances.
Further information appears in our Accessibility Statement below.

16. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, transfer and deferral arrangements are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Cancellation or Changes by The Everyday Female Athlete

We may cancel, postpone or reschedule a live educational service where reasonably necessary.

Where we cancel a service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, affected customers will normally receive an appropriate refund relating to the cancelled element.

We are not responsible for consequential costs such as travel, accommodation or loss of earnings except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Complaints, Appeals and ADR

Concerns should initially be raised with us at hello@everydayfemaleathlete.com.

Where applicable:

  • Service complaints will be handled under our Complaints Policy.

  • Challenges concerning assessment decisions will be handled under our Appeals Procedure.

Where an applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution process is available or required and a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide relevant information where required by law.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • Payments properly due remain outstanding.

  • Accounts are shared.

  • Intellectual property is misused.

  • Conduct presents a material safety or integrity concern.

  • Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

  • These Terms are materially breached.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Termination arising from a learner's breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights.

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights relating to applicable law and jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Part Two — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains our arrangements for cancellations, refunds, transfers and deferrals.

It forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights.

2. Statutory Cancellation Rights

Different statutory cancellation rules may apply depending on whether you purchase:

  • Digital content.

  • Services.

  • Live education.

  • Other products.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, information about that right will be provided before you purchase.

3. Digital Content

Digital content may include:

  • Recorded education.

  • Videos.

  • Workbooks.

  • Templates.

  • Digital toolkits.

  • Downloadable resources.

Where immediate digital supply begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, we will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by law.
Where those legal requirements have been satisfied and digital supply begins, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may be lost.
This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or does not otherwise conform to the contract.

4. Services Beginning During a Cancellation Period

Where you expressly request that a service begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, we may begin providing it before that period expires.
If you subsequently exercise a valid cancellation right, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied where permitted by law.
Where a service has been fully performed, the statutory cancellation right may be lost where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

5. How to Cancel

Where you have a legal or contractual right to cancel, you can tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing:

hello@everydayfemaleathlete.com

Please include enough information for us to identify your purchase, such as your:

  • Name.

  • Email address used for purchase.

  • Order reference, where available.

  • Course, resource or service purchased.

Where consumer law requires a model cancellation form to be made available, we will provide one. You are not required to use that form if you otherwise make a clear cancellation statement.

6. Live Workshops and Events

Any additional contractual cancellation arrangements applying to a live event will be stated before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Requests made more than 14 days before an event may qualify for a refund.

  • Requests made between 7 and 14 days before an event may be eligible for a transfer or credit at our discretion.

  • Requests made fewer than 7 days before an event will not normally qualify for a contractual refund.

  • Non-attendance will not normally qualify for a refund.

These arrangements do not override statutory cancellation rights where those rights apply.

7. Cohort-Based and Blended Education

Where a course includes scheduled teaching, tutor support, assessment or other time-dependent delivery:

  • Transfers and deferrals are subject to availability.

  • Requests should be made as early as possible.

  • Any administrative charge will be communicated where applicable and must be lawful.

  • Education, content or support already provided may be taken into account.

  • Repeated transfers or deferrals are not guaranteed.

8. Instalment Plans

An instalment plan ordinarily divides the total agreed course price.
It is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement unless expressly described as such.
Ending participation does not automatically cancel remaining payments properly due under the contract once applicable cancellation rights have expired.
This does not affect statutory rights or remedies arising from our breach.

9. Cancellation or Material Change by Us

Where we cancel an educational service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will provide an appropriate refund relating to the cancelled element.

Where a live event is postponed, we may offer:

  • Attendance on the replacement date.

  • Transfer.

  • Credit.

  • A refund where appropriate.

10. Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content or Services

Please contact us if you believe content or a service is:

  • Faulty.

  • Misdescribed.

  • Not supplied as agreed.

  • Not provided with reasonable care and skill where that standard applies.

We will assess the matter and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Processing times may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
